VALENTINE'S DAY
On Monday, February 9, we will have a Valentine Exchange.
In honor of Saint Valentine, who, legend says, gave his life for the preservation of marriage and the celebration of true love, we will be observing Valentine’s Day with a special class celebration.
Students are encouraged to bring small goodies or treats to share with their classmates as a gesture of kindness, friendship, and love.
Samaritan Purse International Disaster Relief
During this FREE tour, we will have a chance to see how Samaritan Purse's International Disaster Relief works, the aircraft they use, and the nature of the supplies they provide. It is necessary to climb stairs to enter/exit the aircraft.
THIS IS A WORKING AIRCRAFT HANGAR AND WE COULD ENCOUNTER MOVING EQUIPMENT. ADHERING TO DIRECTIONS IS VERY IMPORTANT AT ALL TIMES.

ICE SKATING
On February 28th, we will be visiting the Winston Salem Fairgrounds for a fun, ice-skating adventure! Admission is $10; Skate rental is $3. We will plan on meeting from 1:00-3:00, but you are welcome to stay longer! Concessions are available. No sign up...just show up!

It's that time of year where it's hard to keep going.
BUT YOU CAN DO IT!
Coming up soon is our Drop-Out Prevention Week. This will align with DDCCs spring break. We will not have class (or homework) March 9-13th. Make fun plans accordingly!
EASTER BREAK
In celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, we will observe
Easter Break from April 6th to April 10th.
This special time reminds us of Christ’s sacrifice, victory over death, and the hope of new life. We encourage everyone to use this period for reflection, worship, family fellowship, and spiritual renewal.
Classes/activities will resume on April 13th.
